Mat Pilates & Functional Nutrition Series Week 5 "Hydration" with Kimberly Rayburn

Join us as we host Kimberly Rayburn, founder of Tru Body Wellness, for an all-levels mat Pilates workout & Nutrition Series.

Mat Pilates works to strengthen the core muscles that span from the hips to the shoulders. By using your own body weight to create resistance, Mat Pilates focuses on creating a healthy and flexible spine, improving your posture and promotes overall wellness.

After class we continue our 5 week Nutrition Series based on the 5 primary biochemical foundations. Our final week we will focus on Hydration! We will explore how what we eat plays a role in how we feel. Kimberly is a glowing example of health and vibrancy AND she's super cool.

She offers a unique program combining fitness training and nutritional counseling. With 35 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kimberly has expertise in a variety of fitness disciplines, specializing in Pilates and weight training. Having earned her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP™) certification, Kimberly’s holistic approach to nutrition focuses on the importance of properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole foods paired with a well-balanced lifestyle.
